Job Description 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the medical department at Sarpsborg 08. This part-time (20%) role is for a 1st Team Nutritionist.

The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that high standards of nutritional services are consistently delivered.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Under collaboration with the Head of Medical provide the guidance, consultation and education.
• Control and adjust nutritional plans for optimal athletic body composition.
• Plan, organize and set all team meals with Chefs and Team Managers.
• Creation of personalized and individual nutritional and supplementation plans aligned with clubs’ and athletes’ goals.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of doping substances following the WADA rules and recommendations.

Requirements:

• BSc in Nutrition
• Experience in Sports Nutrition
• Proficient in English and Norwegian
